Description
This power strip features a solid rubber cord (neoprene) with a copper wiring of 3*1.5 mm². The power strip is available in 3 different lengths: 1.5 metres, 5 metres or 10 metres. The self-closing sealing valves make the power strip splash water-resistant (IP44) and suitable for outdoor use. For prolonged outdoor use, we recommend additional protection of the power strip against water damage.
Make sure to protect the connection between the plug and power strip extra carefully from weather influences when using the power strip outdoors. One way to do this is to place this vulnerable part under a sheltered area. Another way is to hang the cable in such a way that the cable cannot retain water. Despite the fact that this specific product is water resistant (IP44), it is more vulnerable and less resistant than for example our festoon belts.
