Payment methods

At LumenXL.com we offer the following payment options:

iDEAL
Bank transfer
Sofort Bancontact / Mister Cash
KBC
ING HomePay
Klarna Invoice
All of our payments are processed by Mollie.

What is Mollie?

Mollie is a Payment Service Provider. This means they process payments for third parties such as companies offering products and services. When you purchase something from our online shop, Mollie will process the payment from you to the seller. Therefore it is possible that you see Mollie's name on your bank statement and not the name of PrikkabelLED.nl or LumenXL.

Bank transfer

If you choose bank transfer, you can transfer the amount directly to the following bank account number (IBAN): NL61INGB0006235925 in the name of LumenXL BV, stating the invoice or order number. When we receive the amount on working days before 17:00, the order will be sent the same day. You can also send us a print screen of the payment by email, on the basis of which we can also send the order the same working day (if received before 17:00).

Sofort

SOFORT Banking belongs to the online direct transfer methods. It operates according to the tried and tested Internet banking method. The advantage, however, is that you do not need to register or create a virtual account, a so-called e-wallet. SOFORT Banking is a direct transfer method. To do so, simply select SOFORT Banking as your payment method when shopping online. You will then be automatically taken to the secure payment form. The transfer data will be transferred automatically so that you only need to select your bank and enter your trusted online banking details. You then release the transfer with a confirmation code. The data is transferred to your online banking account in encrypted form. The online store receives real-time confirmation that you have initiated the transfer from your online banking account and can process the order immediately. This enables the webshop to deliver your items quickly.

Bancontact / Mister Cash

Bancontact is the Belgian market leader in electronic payments. Because Bancontact does more than just online payments, but also, for example, pin transactions in shops, it is a trusted name in Belgium when it comes to payments. Previously Bancontact was also known as Mister Cash. A consumer has a physical card that is linked to a Belgian bank account. There are more than 15 million Bancontact cards in circulation, issued by 20 Belgian banks. These can be both business and private accounts. Bancontact processes about 150,000 online transactions per day.

KBC

With the KBC/CBC payment button, customers of the Belgian banks KBC and CBC can easily pay online. KBC focuses on the Flemish-speaking region of Belgium, CBC on the other hand, is entirely French-speaking. Both banks in fact offer the same payment button, but with a different name. It is important to know that KBC customers cannot pay with the CBC payment button and vice versa. However, the technique behind both payment buttons works exactly the same, which is why we have chosen to offer this as a single payment method. Via the KBC/CBC payment button, customers of both banks can easily pay for their online purchases via their trusted online banking environment. The payment is processed immediately. The KBC/CBC payment button is a popular payment method in Belgium.

ING HomePay

ING Home'Pay is an online payment method developed by ING Belgium. Anyone with an ING Home'Bank or Business'Bank account can use it to pay securely, easily and quickly online.

Post-payment: Klarna Invoice

If you choose to pay via Klarna Invoice, you will receive an invoice once the order has been delivered to your home. You then have 14 days to pay this invoice to Klarna.

Note: It is not possible for companies to pay with Klarna. This directive is determined by Klarna and unfortunately we cannot change this. We recommend you to choose another payment method.
